We're starting a new Thursday series until competitive events start on health and wellness issues for dancers. This time of year is critical for starting on the right track in your competition season. Mental, emotional, nutritional, and physical wellness will be key to having a successful season, and being "put together" enough at the end of it to enjoy the fruits of your labor.
